Find me on Artsicle! (and other art news)

I'm pleased to announce that I have been invited to participate in Artsicle, a new art venture that puts a radical spin on the process of learning about and collecting contemporary art.

In their own words:
"Artsicle is here to help you discover your personal taste in art, from the comfort of your couch. Let us get to know you, as we provide recommendations you're sure to enjoy. When you're ready, you can enjoy your favorite pieces at home, starting at $25/month with our rental program, and purchase any artwork you fall in love with."

So, you can identify works you love, try them out in your home at low cost (the originals -- not reproductions!), and then decide if you want to buy the work. You can also earn credits toward future purchases when you rent.

My painting "Treeform Chiasm" (2009) (pictured below) has just recently rented through Artsicle.

I currently have 11 paintings available on the Artsicle site. Check out the full slate here.

In other news:

Upcoming: Brooklyn Artists Gym's Spring Salon is Saturday March 31! I plan to unveil new work then. Mark your calendars!
